Role & responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth within your designated region. You will lead a team of sales representatives, guiding them to meet and exceed sales targets while nurturing strong client relationships. Your strategic insights will be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring the achievement of company objectives. With strong leadership abilities and a results-oriented approach, you will play a key role in expanding the companys market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve revenue target and profitability in assigned region.

2. Develop new business opportunities

3. Track and report regional sales data to management.

4. Lead regional marketing initiatives and promotional activities with marketing team.

5. Building strategi relations with key clients and OEMs clients.

6. Ensure team compliance with company SOPs and reporting formats.

7. Recruit, drive & ensure performance of TSM, SOs and team.
