Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai & Kolkata for a Regional Channel Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth. The role entails training and supporting channel partners, managing regional sales activities, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business goals. Qualifications Experience in Channel Sales and managing Channel Partners to effectively drive business outcomes. Strong Sales and Sales Management abilities, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and expanding market reach. Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure partner satisfaction and establish long-term relationships. Proven track record of successfully managing regional sales operations and achieving strategic objectives. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to support organizational growth. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. Prior experience in the HR software or technology industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
