Job Title: Regional Business Head Location: Ahmedabad CTC: Up to 50 LPA Industry: Quick Commerce Responsible for end-to-end operation of the region. Accountability for P&L of the region. Planning of the business expansion and scaling along with the manpower budgeting. Responsible for strategizing the direction of the business growth and leading diversification of the business lines. Increasing market share in respective region through driving of brand visibility and awareness. Leading an overall team size of 3000+ comprising of both blue and white collared employees and workers. Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting individual & group targets. Handling operations across a distributed geographical spread covering the state. Responsible for maintaining key organizational metrics including on-time delivery, fill rate, IBND. Responsible for maintenance of stocks / inventory levels within the warehouse to ensure customer orders fulfilment.
