Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities: Take complete ownership and drive all business goals of the region, aligning them with the organization's objectives. Lead and deliver on targets for new customer acquisition, repeat business, revenue, retention, fulfillment efficiency, and profitability. Oversee the end-to-end execution and review process of the regional team, expanding existing customer acquisition channels and exploring new avenues. Derive valuable insights from the field, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate them into actionable business strategies to address operational challenges. Identify and report operational risks across multiple geographies, working closely with relevant functions to develop mitigation measures through policy, process, and technology. Develop cost-effective fulfillment models and foster a culture of frugality within teams. Ensure high quality operational experiences to protect the brand. Org Building: Recruit and mentor city leadership across various locations to enhance operational excellence. Coach, inspire, and lead the team towards success by providing regular feedback and training. Establish a culture of continuous improvement to drive reliability and exceptional customer experiences. Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business road map, creating action plans to achieve desired business goals. Build and diversify channels for business growth. Desired Skill Set: Demonstrated sense of ownership, execution rigor, and design thinking. Ability to engage and influence individuals within the operations team and cross-functionally. Excellent people management skills for overseeing large teams. Proficiency in tactical and structural problem-solving approaches. Persona Specification: 8-15 years of experience in operations & sales roles within Banks, NBFCs, telecom, or other consumer-facing industries. Leadership experience in asset sales in BFSI would be highly preferred. Preferably holds an MBA or equivalent qualification. Proven track record of building and leading large teams (100+) across different geographies, showcasing exceptional execution capabilities.
