Regional Business Development Manager - Techno Sales

As a RBDM Standard Solution, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4-8 on-roll members in the Paint & Cement industry. Your educational background should include a Btech in Civil engineering with 10 to 12 years of experience. The primary location for this role is in Calicut, although candidates willing to relocate will also be considered. Your main product focus will be Dr. Fixit, and your duties will encompass various responsibilities. These include overseeing the implementation of Market Development Plans and providing feedback on their effectiveness. You will also be expected to monitor competitive activities within the cluster and engage with Large Contractors on various initiatives. Additionally, you will be required to conduct training programs aimed at skill development for end-users such as Painters, Civil Contractors, Painting Contractors, and Waterproofers. Implementing and providing feedback on loyalty programs, as well as handling New Product, Product Under Launch, and Young Product modules effectively, are also part of your responsibilities. Market research and insight projects need to be completed within set timelines, as specified in the Market Insight Calendar. Regularly reviewing the performances of Business Development Executives and Officers, tracking key indicators, and contributing to the generation of user/influencer databases based on decided norms are key tasks. Furthermore, you will oversee the implementation of CRM in the region and ensure the execution of marketing plans for pilot projects in alignment with the guidelines from the Head Office. Your role will involve driving market development initiatives, monitoring competition, engaging with contractors, implementing training programs, and ensuring effective execution of various marketing strategies for the assigned product.,
