Industry - Paint & Cement Education- Btech Civil Exp - 10 to 12 Location - Calicut ( can consider from anywhere if candidate is ready for relocate ) Reporting to - Zonal Sales Manager Product - Dr. Fixit Responsibilities - Ensure implementation of all Market Development Plans / Modules and provide insights on the effectiveness. · Keep track of competition activities in the cluster. · To engage and drive various initiatives with Large Contractor. · Implement training programs for skill development of End users like Painters, Civil Contractors, Painting Contractors, Water proofers · Implementation & feedback of loyalty programs. · Effective implementation of modules related to New Product (NP), Product Under Launch (PUL) & Young Product (YP): · Direct responsibility of accomplishing market research / insight projects as per the ‘Market Insight Calendar’ provided by the HO within the stipulated timelines. · Conduct reviews of BDE/BDO’s, track performances against identified key indicators · Provide inputs on decided norms / parameters for the generation of database of users/influencers · Ensure implementation of CRM in the region in coordination · Ensure execution of marketing plans for pilot projects as per the guidelines of HO Show more Show less
