Job Purpose
Leading & Driving the sales function for Eternia Organization. Demand Generation & South Footprint Creation for the Sales Department of Eternia start up, subsequently, creating a network of Influencers (Architects, PMC’s, Façade Consultants) to ensure a brand pull for Eternia range of Aluminum Door/Window systems. Responsible for devising & executing sales strategies as per product & market requirements, accelerating revenue returns & growth with a clear focus on “bottom line positive” pricing.

Eternia as a startup within the Hindalco system is tasked with the responsibility of creating a network of Fabricators who will work exclusively for Eternia range of Aluminum Door/Window systems & ensure a strong inquiry pipeline is created for demand generation. key is to ensure an optimum pricing strategy to strike the right balance between growth aspirations & a positive bottom line.
Job Challenges
- To create brand pull amongst the fabricator community who will be able to deliver the steep growth rates
- Being a startup, creating a network of Influencers who can specify Eternia range of products across the projects
- Getting fabricators from competing brands who can invest into the Eternia requirements especially of a showroom
- Reaching the correct pricing for new range of Eternia products to take care of the overheads of demand generation & brand creation.
