Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Act as the strategic HR partner for the Tamil Nadu region, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end HR operations including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and HR Compliance.
Partner with Business and Sales Leadership to forecast manpower requirements and build robust recruitment strategies.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction, retention, and organizational culture.
Implement performance management processes to build a high-performing workforce.
Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes in adherence to company policies.
Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence across the region.
Design and execute Learning & Development programs to strengthen employee capability.
Act as a change management leader while driving HR digitalization and process improvements.
Build and mentor a strong HR team to support business expansion in the Tamil Nadu region

Preferred candidate profile

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
10 to 14 years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a regional leadership role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance in Tamil Nadu.
Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage large teams and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
