The ice cream & desserts category is one of the key segments and growth engines for the company and we are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced team to work at our fully automatic Icecream plant with state -of-the-art facilities at Hyderabad.
Operate and monitor refrigeration systems (ammonia) used in ice cream production and cold storage areas.
Ensure optimal temperature and humidity levels across production, hardening tunnels, and cold storage rooms.
Conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and chillers.
Maintain logs of refrigeration performance, system pressure, temperature readings, and maintenance activities.
Ensure safety protocols are followed strictly while working with refrigerants (like NH3 or Freon).
Comply with GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards applicable to food processing environments.
