SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: · The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all warehouse operations (inventory and staff) as a hands-on leader, serving and motivating warehouse employees, leading by example, and fostering a positive team-building atmosphere. · Supervision, training, and direct assistance of warehouse operations which include, but not limited to, loading/unloading, receiving, sorting, put away, picking, and inventory control. · Leading by example to ensure that all procedures and best practices are consistently followed. · Maintain accurate inventory levels by leading regular physical counts with warehouse teams and reconcile discrepancies with the warehouse inventory system. · Ensure a culture of safety by enforcing safety standards and adhering to standard operational procedures. · Measure and report KPIs (Key Performance Index) and operational metrics to the Operations Manager on a weekly basis and drive an efficient and motivated workforce by providing effective coaching, feedback and encouragement. SUPERVISORY DUTIES : · Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy. · Supervise the unloading of vehicles, checking and movement to locations. · Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences. · Replenishes stock and inventory as needed. · Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse. · Transfers inventory to trucks for delivery in a timely manner and according to schedule. · Schedules materials being transferred to and from warehouse; coordinates transfer of inventory between departments. · Make the GRN and quality check report as per the desired format. · Prepare route planning for delivery and pickups · Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems · Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices. · Monitors expenditures; implements corrective actions if needed. · Enforces operating instructions and safety policies. · Resolves routine equipment issues. · Performs other related duties as assigned. · Ensure MIS reports are prepared and sent to respective in-charges REQUIRED SKILLS /ABILITIES : · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
