Role : Maintenance Electrician for fully Automatic Ice-Cream plant Work Location : Shamirpet, Hyderabad Must be Diploma / ITI Refrigeration with relevant experience Role & responsibilities To ensure uninterrupted operation of the ice cream plant by maintaining and repairing electrical systems, machinery, and equipment, while adhering to safety and quality standards. Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of all plant electrical systems including panels, motors, compressors, refrigeration units, and packaging machines. Maintain logs and documentation for maintenance activities and electrical inspections. Assist in installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and automation systems. Monitor energy consumption and suggest energy-saving improvements. Ensure proper functioning of lighting, wiring, earthing, and DG sets across the plant. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 35 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in dairy or food processing units. Awareness of GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices. Flexibility to work in shifts and during emergency breakdowns. Working knowledge of PLC systems and automation (preferred). Role : Refrigeration Operator for fully automachine plant Work Location : Hyderabad Must be Diploma / ITI Refrigeration with relevant experience Role & responsibilities Operate and monitor refrigeration systems (ammonia) used in ice cream production and cold storage areas. Ensure optimal temperature and humidity levels across production, hardening tunnels, and cold storage rooms. Conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and chillers. Maintain logs of refrigeration performance, system pressure, temperature readings, and maintenance activities. Ensure safety protocols are followed strictly while working with refrigerants (like NH3 or Freon). Comply with GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards applicable to food processing environments. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in refrigeration operations, preferably in dairy, ice cream, or frozen food units. Knowledge of ammonia plant operation is highly desirable. The role involves operating fully automated DCS controlled machinery, monitoring process parameters, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations. Preferred candidate profile Operate and monitor mixing, pasteurization, homogenization, and freezing equipment. Ensure proper ingredient blending, temperature control, and product consistency. Operate and monitor automated packaging machines Ensure proper filling, sealing, labeling, and coding of ice cream products. Monitor and adjust packaging parameters to minimize waste and downtime Adhere to GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI standards Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements Minimize product losses and optimize production efficiency Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment Familiarity with Ice-cream processing and packaging machinery Must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad; Within age group of 28-35 years. Role : Maintenance Technician - Mechanical, Electrician & Refrigeration for IceCream plant Work Location : Hyderabad Role & responsibilities Ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems in an fully automated ice cream manufacturing plant. Preferred candidate profile Preventive and corrective maintenance on mixing tanks, pasteurizers, homogenizers, ice cream freezers, conveyors, and automatic packaging machines (Extruders / Cone / Bulk filling mc). Troubleshoot & repair sensors, control panels, VFDs, and PLC-based automation systems. Inspect and maintain wiring, switchboards, circuit breakers, and power distribution systems. Operate, monitor, and maintain ammonia and Freon-based refrigeration systems. Monitor temperature controls, pressure gauges, refrigerant levels to prevent product spoilage. Conduct routine inspections, log performance data, and recommend improvements. Follow GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI guidelines for equipment maintenance. Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, and automated control systems is required. Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is required. Must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad; Within age group of 28-35 years.
