Role & responsibilities Responsible for operating and monitoring the lecithin and oil refining units, ensuring consistent product quality, optimal process parameters, and adherence to safety and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and control lecithin processing units (degumming, drying, cooling, blending). Supervise refining operations such as degumming, neutralization, bleaching, and deodorization. Monitor process parameters, temperatures, pressures, and flow rates. Perform routine quality checks and sample analysis with lab team. Ensure safe startup, shutdown, and cleaning of plant equipment. Maintain accurate logs of process data, downtime, and production. Report equipment faults and assist in preventive maintenance. Coordinate with dispatch, utility, and maintenance departments. Follow SOPs and GMP, and ensure EHS compliance.
