Chemist

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform
Soya DOC analysis
: moisture, oil content, protein, fiber, and urease activity.
Conduct
refinery analysis
:

Gums analysis moisture & oil
Soap stock analysis TFM & FFA
Acid oil analysis TFM, FFA, I.V.

Analyze
refined oil
: colour, FFA, P.V., I.V., S.V.
Carry out
water analysis
: pH, TH, TDS, COD.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Maintain laboratory reports, documentation, and testing records.

Candidate Profile:

45 years of experience in quality control/testing in edible oil/food industry.
Strong knowledge of
soybean oil refining and analysis methods
.
Proficiency in laboratory equipment, testing techniques, and documentation.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
