Job Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Chief Technology Officer to join our leadership team. As a key member of our executive team, the CTO will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our technology strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the effective use of technology across the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technology leadership, with experience in designing and leading digital strategies, process automation, and AI technologies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technology StrategyDevelop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives. 2. Digital TransformationLead the design and implementation of digital solutions to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experiences. 3. Process AutomationIdentify opportunities to automate business processes using new age technologies such as RPA, machine learning, and AI. 4. Project ManagementOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. 5. Technology RoadmapDevelop and maintain a technology roadmap that outlines the company's short-term and long-term technology plans. 6. Talent DevelopmentBuild and lead a high-performing technology team, focusing on talent development, retention, and succession planning. 7. Partnerships & CollaborationsFoster partnerships with external organizations to stay ahead of the curve in terms of technology trends and innovation. 8. Budgeting & Financial PlanningDevelop and manage the technology budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to drive business growth. Requirements: 1. EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 2. Experience15+ years of core tech implementation experience in leadership roles. 3. Skills: o Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, data analytics, AI/ML, and software developmento Excellent leadership and management skillso Strong communication and collaboration skillso Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisionso Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall4. CertificationsCertified IT Professional (CITP) or Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM) preferred.
