Job Description

Join our dynamic Digital Document Services team as a Digital Document Manager, where you ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of business operations. You ll be at the forefront of managing key business metrics, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement that empowers teams across Back Office, Middle Office, and global functions.

As a Digital Document Manager in Digital Document Services, you will be responsible for managing business metrics, drive strategic projects and building the culture of continuous improvement supporting business across Back Office, Middle offices as well as Global teams. You will also be interacting with multiple Operations & technology teams within the organization to (re)design processes.

Job responsibilities

  • Proactively identify issues and coordinate with relevant internal functions (e.g., client service professionals, legal) for prompt resolution of disputed points within set time-frame parameters.

  • Diligently deliver controls in processes to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with regulatory rules.

  • Efficiently resolve issues in a time-bound fashion and provide regular updates to senior management on BAU activities and projects.

  • Effectively generate reports and scorecards, present them in operations calls, and provide capacity and contingency planning.

  • Consistently monitor workflow and assist team leaders to ensure equitable distribution of work.

  • Reliably manage internal Service Level Agreements and communicate performance to stakeholders through effective reporting.

  • Flexibly work a schedule that accommodates business needs.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • MBA in finance with minimum 8+ years experience in operations
  • Skilled in MS office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access and Project
  • Familiarity with a global banks process & operational environment including management and external reporting is a must. Strong business knowledge i.e. Investment Banking process and system knowledge required
  • Ability to manage a team of high achievers with diverse experience and skill sets using a strategic approach
  • Inclusive leadership skills with the ability to identify talent, recruit, coach, mentor, and develop team members to ensure the teams activities support Operations in attaining its strategic goals
  • Ability to deal with day-to-day issues as well as planning and executing projects / initiatives
  • Ability to know when a deep-dive approach is appropriate with excellent attention to detail

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate with 8+ years experience in operations
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with proven team management skills
