About the Role

We are hiring a video-first creator based in Trivandrum or Kollam. If you can shoot, edit, and bring stories to life through short-form videos, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, shoot, and edit reels and short-form videos for Instagram, Fb, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
• Capture on-site content at client locations and events in Trivandrum and Kollam
• Edit with strong hooks, captions, music, and platform-optimized formats
• Create simple posters and carousels using Canva or Photoshop
• Schedule posts using native schedulers or tools and maintain a content calendar
• Execute strategic posting: align to best days and times, use hashtags, pin, repost, and cross-post thoughtfully
• Track performance metrics such as views, retention, reach, saves, and shares; propose clear next steps
• Collaborate with clients and the internal team to refine creative direction and messaging

What We’re Looking For

• Based in Trivandrum or Kollam and willing to travel between both
• Proven video shooting and editing skills with a portfolio of reels or shorts
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Poster design skills in Canva or Photoshop
• Motion poster experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of strategic posting, content cadence, and basic analytics
• Ability to direct people on camera and capture natural, engaging footage
• Creative, self-driven, reliable, and fast turnaround

Nice to have

• Basic gear: tripod, lights, and mic
• Familiarity with framing, lighting, and sound setups
• Experience with BTS, testimonial, event, and vox pop formats
• Figma knowledge for quick layout reviews
