Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
• Post job openings across job boards, social media, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain candidate databases and pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Support HR operations such as onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation.
• Draft job descriptions and internship postings tailored to various roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Help organize employee activities and initiatives to maintain startup culture.
• Maintain HR records and ensure smooth communication with candidates and employees.
