Role & responsibilities Responsible for handling the entire life cycle management of the Recruitment process. Managing and ensuring positions closure. Understanding the clients requirements well for various functional positions. Involved into recruitment process for IT & NON-IT sector. Follow-ups at various level of the recruitment process. Maintaining various kind of MIS reports related to the entire recruitment process. Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Remain updated in reference to hiring trends and innovation in attracting top talents. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, excellent attitude towards teamwork and working towards common goal. Preferred candidate profile few months to 2 years relevant end to end IT or Non-IT hiring experience in staffing companies. MBA Fresher/Any Graduate can also apply. Must have good communications skills, quick learning attitude, should able to work in a fast-paced environment.
