Recruitment Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Sagwara. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role involves coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in implementing and conducting training programs for new hires and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
