This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a professional with 1-3 years of experience in recruitment to work within a fast-paced environment, supporting the recruitment process across both IT and non-IT roles. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and full-cycle recruitment to help us meet our hiring needs. Essential Skills & Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the UK market (preferred) or US market. Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing. Proven experience in headhunting and sourcing from job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Total Jobs, Reeds, etc.). Ability to perform outbound calls and engage effectively with passive candidates. Experience in recruiting for both IT and non-IT roles, with a good understanding of the technical and non-technical skill sets required. Full understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, from job posting through to candidate onboarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and SLAs. Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in talent acquisition. Desirable Skills: Experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Knowledge of using LinkedIn Recruiter or other similar platforms. Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
