Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist + Executive Assistant at Zamun, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. Your primary focus will be on recruitment for marketing and tech talent, ensuring seamless operations and representing the company professionally. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the CEOs calendar and facilitate recruiting interviews - Drive the recruitment process end-to-end by managing hiring pipelines and negotiating with candidates - Handle communications with C-suite executives and maintain professionalism and confidentiality - Act as the face of the company, positively representing the employer brand - Proofread documents and reports for accuracy and clarity - Support the CEO with basic paperwork and administrative duties - Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed Qualifications: - MBA in HR or Marketing - Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field (preferred) - Demonstrate high ownership, proactive issue resolution, and independent results delivery - Strong interpersonal skills for building collaborative relationships - Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple priorities discreetly Preferred Background: - Experience or education in HR, Hospitality, or Marketing - Strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in making Excel spreadsheets and expense reports - Ability to create neat PowerPoint presentations - Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports accurately and timely - Strong skills in Executive Support and managing high-level responsibilities with professionalism - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with diverse teams and stakeholders - Exceptional organizational abilities, problem-solving mindset, and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling platforms,
