Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Gurgaon. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily office operations, assisting executives with administrative tasks, handling phone calls with professionalism, and performing clerical duties. The role includes maintaining office supplies, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and ensuring efficient communication within the office. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Experience with Clerical Skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with office management software and tools Bachelor's degree or relevant certification preferred
