Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in bulk hiring, lateral hiring, mass hiring, sales hiring or similar roles. Strong understanding of bfsi industry trends and market dynamics. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with multiple stakeholders including clients and candidates.
