Job Title: Recruitment Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end hiring operations, develop strategic talent acquisition initiatives, and manage a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality talent across all business units.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational excellence, and deep recruiting expertise across both technical and non-technical domains. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with daily executionensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute

    recruitment strategies

    aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcing specialists.
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders and HR partners to forecast talent needs and create hiring plans.
  • Implement and track recruiting KPIs and dashboards to monitor team performance and hiring quality.

Recruitment Operations

  • Oversee the

    end-to-end recruitment life cycle

    , from requisition intake to offer negotiation and onboarding handoff.
  • Ensure consistent use of the

    Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

    and adherence to hiring processes and compliance standards.
  • Design and refine

    candidate engagement and employer branding strategies

    to attract top talent.
  • Manage relationships with

    external staffing partners and vendors

    , negotiating terms and ensuring service quality.

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable recruitment solutions.
  • Use data analytics and reporting to inform decisions, optimize sourcing channels, and improve time-to-fill.
  • Develop training and best practice materials for the recruiting team to enhance sourcing and interviewing capabilities.

Stakeholder & Candidate Experience

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and executives, providing consultation and market insights.
  • Maintain a

    high-quality candidate experience

    throughout the recruitment process.
  • Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10-15+ years

    of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 3

    5 years in a managerial or team leadership role

    .
  • Proven success in managing high-volume and specialized hiring for both corporate and technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing strategies, and workforce planning.
  • Proficiency with

    ATS platforms

    (e.g., Bullhorn, iCIMS, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a

    data-driven and solutions-oriented

    mindset.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience managing

    offshore or distributed recruiting teams

    .
  • Exposure to

    contract, full-time, and C2C hiring models

  • Knowledge of

    employment laws, visa classifications, and compliance standards

  • Experience in

    vendor management

    recruitment process outsourcing (RPO)
