Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Key Accounts Manager / Recruitment Manager to oversee client relationships and manage large-scale recruitment operations in the Non IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in blue-collar and bulk hiring, client management, and team leadership, especially in the manufacturing and automobile sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end client requirements and ensure timely delivery of manpower needs.
• Manage and lead the recruitment team for bulk and blue-collar hiring.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Drive new client onboarding and expand business opportunities within the region.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand manpower needs and address operational challenges.
• Handle client escalations effectively and provide prompt resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, performance, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Work closely with manufacturing and automobile clients to manage continuous manpower supply.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment / staffing industry.
• Proven track record in blue-collar and bulk hiring.
• Experience managing clients in manufacturing and automobile sectors.
• Strong people management and client servicing skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be flexible to travel across client locations in Maraimalainagar, Oragadam, Sriperumbudur, Sunguvarachathiram, and Mahindra World City.
