Job Title: Community Mobiliser – Skill Development Training Program Organization: Logskim Solutions Experience- 1+ years Salary- upto 25k Location: [Tambaram Chennai] Employment Type: Full-time Two wheeler Must Job Summary: The Community Mobiliser will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and enrolling eligible candidates from targeted communities into skill development training programs. The mobiliser will play a key role in promoting the training program, building relationships with community stakeholders, and ensuring effective outreach and awareness through ground-level activities. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct field visits in targeted areas to identify and interact with potential candidates for the training program. · Organize and participate in community mobilization activities such as door-to-door visits, community meetings, youth engagement sessions, school/college outreach, SHG meetings, etc. · Explain the benefits, eligibility criteria, and outcomes of the skill training program to community members and prospective trainees. · Liaise with local leaders, NGOs, youth clubs, and other stakeholders to gain community support and increase program visibility. · Maintain a database of interested and registered candidates with proper documentation (Aadhar, educational qualification, address proof, etc.). · Provide regular reports on mobilization activities, challenges, and progress to the project coordinator. · Support in organizing orientation sessions, registration camps, and mobilization drives. · Ensure that the mobilization process aligns with the project goals and TNSDC or government scheme guidelines. · Assist with follow-up activities, including candidate attendance, retention, and placement tracking when required. Key Skills and Competencies : Strong interpersonal and communication skills (local language proficiency preferred). Networking and rapport-building skills with local stakeholders and institutions. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Basic data entry and documentation skills. Experience in fieldwork/community development/social work is preferred. Qualifications: Minimum Any Degree in any discipline. Prior experience in mobilization, fieldwork, or working with NGOs/CSR/Skill development projects will be an added advantage.
