Job Description
Experience - 2-4yrs
Position: Payroll Executive
Location: [Chennai] Greams Road Thousand Lights
Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing and administration
Proven Experience in Handling Manual Payroll.
calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with
company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations
Payroll Attendance Management activity for the employees
collaborating closely with the HR and Finance teams to exchange relevant payroll
information and resolve payroll-related issues
Good knowledge of salary components and structure.
Must know how to calculate Leave encashment / OT Calculation.
Hands-on Compliance & Statutory (Like PF / Gratuity)
Should be able to handle team and handle payroll single handed
supporting the implementation and integration of new payroll systems or upgrades
Excellent MS Office Skills [Advanced Excel]
Job qualifications and requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees,
management, and external vendors.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
(preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
