As an enthusiastic and motivated HR recruiter intern, you will be supporting the hiring team in sourcing candidates and learning about recruitment and HR processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. - Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements. - Calling candidates to explain job roles and schedule interviews. - Coordinating interviews between candidates and the hiring team. - Maintaining candidate data and updating records in HR systems. - Supporting the HR team with daily recruitment activities. - Learning end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
