We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused personal loan calling executive to handle live lead data, connect with customers who have already applied for personal loans, and assist them through the documentation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to live leads- customers who have applied for a personal loan.
• Explain loan details, eligibility, and benefits in a clear and convincing manner.
• Generate qualified leads by identifying interested customers and maintaining follow-ups.
• Convince customers to proceed with the loan process and collect required documents.
• Verify basic customer information and ensure accuracy of collected documents.
• Coordinate with the backend/processing team by forwarding complete and correct documentation.
• Maintain daily calling reports, lead status, and follow-up records.
• Build positive customer relationships to ensure smooth loan processing.
