As an intern at the company, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Understanding the recruitment requirement from the individual departments and creating job descriptions accordingly. - Reviewing, shortlisting, and scheduling candidates for face-to-face interviews post telephonic screening. - Conducting and coordinating interviews, as well as finalizing the selection for the position. - Managing basic HR generalist activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and suggesting policy enhancements.
