Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assisting in end-to-end recruitment for various roles – sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Managing job postings across platforms and tracking candidate pipelines.
Conducting initial HR screening calls and assessing candidate suitability.
Coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Supporting employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.
Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
