Job Description

As an HR Intern at Arcot Group, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the realm of human resources, particularly focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational culture. It is an ideal chance for individuals who are enthusiastic about HR and eager to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resource management. Your internship journey will provide valuable insights and learning experiences as you work alongside our HR team in fostering a people-centric environment. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and assisting in the selection process. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process for new employees, which involves preparing onboarding materials. Furthermore, you will be tasked with maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases, organizing employee engagement and training programs, conducting surveys, and collecting employee feedback. Your role will also entail providing administrative support to the HR team as required. We are seeking individuals with a positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. While basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is advantageous, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential for this role. To be considered for this internship opportunity, you should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A strong passion for building a career in Human Resources, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite are among the key requirements for this role.,
