Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Head at Aimlay Pvt Ltd, located in Delhi. The Recruitment Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, including creating and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the employer branding efforts, conducting interviews, and graduate recruitment. The primary tasks of the Recruitment Head will include sourcing and attracting talent, handling end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with department heads to anticipate future hiring needs, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the company’s growth and workforce planning objectives. Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines. Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure high performance and professional development. Allocate resources effectively across recruitment functions and requisitions. Talent Acquisition Operations Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Define and track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
