Role Overview: You are a Recruitment Head at Aimlay Pvt Ltd, based in Delhi. Your main responsibility is to manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including creating strategies, conducting interviews, and overseeing graduate recruitment. Your role also involves collaborating with department heads to anticipate future hiring needs and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives. - Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines. - Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team for high performance and professional development. - Allocate resources effectively across recruitment functions and requisitions. - Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. - Define and track recruitment KPIs like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. - Present regular reports and insights to HR leadership and business units.
