Recruitment Executive

Hi,

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Executive to join our team in Kalyan. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on meeting hiring targets and deadlines. Freshers who are passionate about starting a career in recruitment may also apply and will be considered for internship roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Understand client and internal hiring requirements and build suitable talent pipelines.
• Manage recruitment through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment reports regularly.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding and candidate engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment (agency or corporate).
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

For Freshers / Interns:

• Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for HR and recruitment.
• Internship duration: 3–6 months (with performance-based full-time opportunity).
• Training and mentorship will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
