Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Executive based in Delhi, India. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for developing job descriptions, conducting hiring drives, interviewing candidates, and managing the recruitment lifecycle. The role involves identifying talent needs, communicating with prospective candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience while meeting organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Job Description Development and Hiring processes
• Strong expertise in Interviewing and Recruiting
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage and oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle
• Experience in talent acquisition is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle recruitment-related tasks effectively
