Location: Vikaspuri, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and coordinating interviews).
• Maintain candidate database and build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Post job openings on various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, etc.).
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates’ suitability.
• Support onboarding formalities for new joiners.
• Maintain HR recruitment records and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any stream).
• Excellent English & Hindi communication skills (both verbal & written).
• Pleasant personality and presentable in professional settings.
• Candidates living nearby Vikaspuri will be preferred.

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment / HR (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
