Recruitment Coordinator Greenhouse Specialist

As an experienced Recruitment Coordinator with expertise in Greenhouse ATS, your role will involve supporting end-to-end coordination across recruitment operations to ensure a seamless candidate and interviewer experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing scheduling of interviews across multiple time zones for a smooth experience. - Owning the Greenhouse ATS workflow for job postings, candidate pipeline updates, interviewer feedback tracking, and reporting. - Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate hiring activities and maintain timely communication. - Ensuring data accuracy and compliance across candidate records and hiring stages. - Drafting and sending candidate communications such as confirmations, reminders, and feedback updates. - Supporting offer and onboarding coordination in collaboration with HR and TA teams. - Generating and maintaining recruitment reports, dashboards, and metrics. - Identifying opportunities to streamline scheduling, coordination, and ATS usage for efficiency. In order to excel in this role, you should have: - 5+ years of overall experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition operations. - 3+ years of hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes, interview coordination, and candidate management. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight timelines. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools. - Experience supporting global teams or working across multiple time zones is a plus. Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Prior experience in a fast-paced, global organization or GCC setup. - Exposure to HRIS/ATS integrations or workflow optimization.,
