Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site Recruitment Coordinator (US project) role located in Pune. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in streamlining the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will be responsible for delivering offshore-based direct referencing support and services to our clients in the US. Over time, the role may expand to include detailed candidate assessments and onboarding coordination.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates, career shifters and BPO experts are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Good written and spoken English with high attention to details
• Flexible and customer-focused, with a willingness to work weekends as needed
• No more than 2 jobs in the last 3 years
• Willing to work a India Days.

Job Details:

📍 Location: Baner, Pune

🕙 Work Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM IST

🏢 Work Mode: 5 days a week | Work from Office

💰 Salary: ₹3 LPA

📅 Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
