Recruitment Consultant Internship

As an intern at ACT (Atria Convergence Technologies Private Limited), your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and developing strategies to attract top talent. - Utilizing various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source qualified candidates. - Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. - Coordinating candidate interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers to facilitate the decision-making process. - Assisting in the negotiation of job offers and onboarding processes for successful candidates. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
