Recruitment Consultant Internship

As an intern at Growth Consultant, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing support in various areas such as recruitment, data management, administrative tasks, and project involvement. In terms of recruitment support, you will assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on different job boards and social media platforms. Your role will also include screening resumes and applications to identify potential candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining candidate databases and tracking systems. For data management, you will collect, organize, and analyze recruitment data and metrics. You will also assist in updating and maintaining the company's CRM and ATS systems, generate reports on recruitment activities, and ensure the accuracy of recruitment data. In terms of administrative support, you will handle routine administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding processes. This includes preparing and maintaining documentation for new hires, coordinating background and reference checks, and assisting in organizing recruitment events and career fairs. Your involvement in projects will include participating in special projects related to HR and recruitment processes. You will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives and help implement best practices in recruitment.
