Job Title: Recruitment Consultant Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid) Department: Talent Acquisition / Human Resources Experience: 1–4 years Employment Type: Contractual (3 months) About the Role: We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition team in Gurgaon. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with 1–4 years of recruitment experience who is looking to deepen their expertise in end-to-end hiring while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: ● Manage sourcing and screening of candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools ● Conduct telephonic and video screenings to evaluate candidate fit ● Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience ● Maintain and regularly update the applicant tracking system and recruitment trackers ● Draft and publish engaging job descriptions across relevant platforms ● Assist in employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement campaigns ● Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain strong follow-ups ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless onboarding and documentation Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field ● 1–4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition ● Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and ATS systems ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment ● A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the HR function What We Offer: ● A hybrid work environment based in Gurgaon ● Learning and development opportunities with experienced TA professionals ● Exposure to diverse hiring needs across various functions Show more Show less
