Job Scope

Are you a multitasking maestro with a knack for organization and an eye for detail? We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our Operations team. As an Operations Support Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full candidate lifecycle from CV formatting to facilitating interviews to onboarding
• Craft compelling job advertisements and share them on LinkedIn, Job Boards
• Oversee our candidate communities, showcasing your social savvy
• Track and analyze our key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Address Level 1 queries providing system and process support
• Monitor and track timesheets, demonstrating exceptional time management
• Ensure up-to-date and accurate system data entry
• Review and filter web applicants efficiently, showcasing process excellence
• Maintain ATS and conduct candidate data clean-ups, demonstrating a deep understanding of the system
• Manage and maintain talent pools by working with other senior team members
• Document L&D processes showcasing your process mapping skills
• Tackle any other projects that come your way with overall smartness and adaptability

Key Skills Needed

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in technical fields
• Prior 1-2 years of work experience in ops support roles
• Proficient in MS Word, LinkedIn, and MS Excel
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Social savvy for community management
• Financial skills for month-end support tasks
• Data entry accuracy for system maintenance
• Knowledge of any ATS will be an advantage
• Process excellence and ability to map processes
• Overall smartness to tackle diverse projects
