Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    for multiple roles across departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a great candidate experience.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and report hiring progress to management.
  • Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics and process compliance.
