We're urgently hiring for Recruitment Administrator ! Recruitment Administrator supports the recruitment process by managing candidate communication. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Recruitment Process: Managing job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating recruitment events. Candidate Communication: Maintaining regular contact with candidates, providing updates on their application status, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Record Keeping: Updating and maintaining recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems. Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, taking trainings. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Performance Management: Monitoring individual and team performance against established goals and providing regular feedback. Conflict Resolution: Addressing and resolving conflicts within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Reporting & Communication: Providing regular updates to higher management on team progress, performance, and any issues that arise.
