Job Title: Field Recruiter – Blue-Collar Hiring (Target & Incentive-Based)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a target-driven Field Recruiter with prior experience in local/blue-collar recruitment. Your main role is to convert leads provided by the company into car washing staff for our operational teams. Your earnings will be directly linked to your performance through a clear incentive structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact candidates from company-generated leads
• Explain job role, salary, and working conditions to candidates (Car Washing Staff)
• Schedule interviews, walk-ins, or direct onboarding
• Follow up regularly with candidates till they join
• Maintain daily report of calls, interested leads, and closures
• Meet or exceed monthly hiring targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in local/field recruitment
• Proven track record in blue-collar hiring (delivery, housekeeping, cleaning, factory, etc.)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and local language
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, basic Excel or Google Sheets
• Target-oriented, proactive, and persuasive personality
• Ability to work independently

Incentive & Target Structure:

• Per Hire Incentive: 350/P

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
