As a Recruitment Administrator in the dynamic HR team, your role will involve supporting the recruitment process through various administrative tasks, candidate coordination, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Your proactive and efficient approach in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary contact for candidates, managing communication throughout the recruitment process. - Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups to maintain a smooth candidate experience. - Assist in posting job openings on different platforms and reviewing incoming applications. - Maintain recruitment databases with candidate details and assist in drafting recruitment-related documentation. - Ensure accurate documentation of candidate activities and communicate progress to stakeholders. - Maintain recruitment reports, track KPIs, and assist in cost-effective recruitment strategies. - Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and assist in organizing recruitment events. Qualifications: Educational Background: - Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Certification or courses in recruitment and HR administration would be advantageous. Experience: - Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in recruitment or HR. - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. Skills and Competencies: - Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic HR software. - Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
