Recruitment Account Manager

As a Client Services Manager at mthree, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing important client relationships in India, particularly in our Mumbai office. Your primary responsibilities will include driving growth, fostering strong partnerships, and delivering exceptional service to key accounts. Your role will involve representing mthree to clients, establishing trust, devising strategic plans, and ensuring that our solutions bring tangible benefits. You will oversee the entire account management process, from creating growth strategies to handling escalations, all while collaborating closely with internal teams such as HR, Talent, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development to achieve seamless outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include owning and expanding high-value client accounts across India, building and maintaining strong relationships with senior client executives, setting and surpassing sales targets, collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions, and representing mthree at industry events to explore new business opportunities. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in account management, recruitment, or consultancy, with a demonstrable history of meeting sales and revenue objectives. You should possess excellent communication skills and be adept at building relationships with C-suite stakeholders. Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce/CRM tools and data analytics to drive informed decisions is essential.
