Job Description: A Senior Staff Level Scrum Master should have a proficient understanding of product development, Agile Values and Principles, and the Scrum Framework. At this level, A Senior Scrum Master should be focused on learning, applying and attempting to master the best practices of Agile and Scrum within their team(s). Have at least an entry level Scrum Master Certification and be actively pursuing a secondary level certification. In addition to certification, they should be consistently pursing ways to improve and advance their skills as a facilitator, coach, and servant leader.
