What You’ll Do:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for roles in the Automation and Engineering sector.

• Source, screen, and engage

  top talent through multiple platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
• Partner with

  hiring managers

  to understand manpower needs and deliver results.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, ensure smooth candidate experience, and build a

  strong talent pipeline

  .

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years

  of recruitment experience (preferably in Automation / Engineering).
• Proven

  stability

  in work history (no frequent job changes).
• Strong

  communication, stakeholder management, and sourcing skills

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  job portals and professional networks

  .
• Currently based in

  Delhi / NCR

  .
